Perfect Pumpkin..

I’ve been wearing hats so much the past couple of years & when I saw this wool blend baseball cap it was a must-have. It’s something a little different & also, a way to avoid having to fix your hair. :/ 

This weekend was so so fun! I got to see my entire family yesterday which was a gift in and of itself. I have a brother & a sister, and then 3 nieces & 2 nephews & we LOVE all being together. My nieces & nephews are really excited about having a new puppy in the family. They all want to dog sit! I will do a dedicated post about him soon, by the way! It really was the best birthday present, ever. I had a dog all growing up so it’s something I am used accustomed to… I always begged John to let us have a dog but he didn’t think it was a good idea (Mr. Logical) with all of our moving around during medical school. I was thinking all summer he may get me one for Christmas, so I was sooo happy he did it sooner! He is a golden doodle (F1B), so he doesn’t mess with John’s allergies. John is already as crazy over him as I am which makes it even more fun. When I got home from Fort Smith last night, there was another birthday card – he had glued a photo of the pup on the top & it said “my cuteness is a present” or something but inside it said “Happy Birthday, Mom. Can’t wait to see you Thursday. Love, Fitz.” I am probably going to frame it! He has 3 more days left of Puppy Kindergarten and then I got to pick him up! Its going to be the longest week, EVER! 
Oh so my Tory Burch booties (from the Friends & Family Sale) shipped this morning and I am DYING to get them! Don’t forget to shop the sale – it ends today! See my picks in the previous post!

  19. We have a goldendoodle and she is the greatest thing ever! Congrats, I'm sure you will enjoy yours as much as I enjoy mine. Word of advice: carry him around as much as you can because you will regret/miss not doing this when he weighs 80lbs before you know it!

  25. Really cute look. Casual, fun & stylish. Fall muted with a fall rich pop. Loving the merlot tone hat. You look great. On the same page in regard to Hunter & the hunter green coloe. I have the same ones. I fell like the green is a nice neutral coloe. I went for the boring black sockliner instead of a fun coloe or pattern.
